 Bandarban Kuddro Nrigusti refers to the indigenous ethnic communities inhabiting the Bandarban district of Bangladesh, located within the Chittagong Hill Tracts. This region is known for its scenic beauty and cultural diversity, with numerous small ethnic groups, each with unique traditions, languages, and ways of life. The major indigenous groups in Bandarban include the Marma, Chakma, Tripura, Mru (Mro), Bawm, Khumi, and Tanchangya, among others. Collectively referred to as "Kuddro Nrigusti," meaning "small ethnic groups," these communities have distinct cultural practices, religious beliefs, and traditional livelihoods.

While the Marma, Chakma, and Tripura people predominantly follow Buddhism and Hinduism, groups like the Mru and Khumi practice animism, and the Bawm community primarily adheres to Christianity.
